Hotels shuttle ended at 11 :00 and our flight was delayed so we had to get uber which is a little inconvenient after we had already paid for the shuttle and the hotel.

🤗 Due to pilot shortages and mechanical difficulties we were held over for 2 days. The staff at Comfort Inn were awesome and very supportive through our difficulty. We will definitely stay again. God Bless!

Friendly staff, clean room. Shuttle was GREAT! Very nice driver who got us thru soupy fog, traffic and construction. I will be using ParkSleepFly every time I fly from Cincinnati! Stress-free is wonderful and cost-effective imo.

Noise issues…. Middle of the night.
Noise from upstairs??Not sure exactly where it was coming from.. metallic clicking sounds… all night long!

Was told by hotel staff upon arrival back at the airport that there was no shuttle or taxis available and I would have to arrange for other transportation. Very disappointing. Would not stay here again. I don't think this hotel should qualify as a Park Sleep and Fly.
